Thumbs up Couch to 5K
Not sure if anyone has heard of the couch to 5K program but it ROCKS!!! I LOVE it and its a really easy way to start running...now I have seen a few of you in the gym...(thank you for not saying hello or do you need help LMAO)

and no...I dont need help I'm just a really bad runner lol...getting better everyday though!!!

I thought about giving the couch to 5k a go, so far I'm still on the first step.

Holly - I did the couch to 5k program back in the fall of 2009. Worked like a champ! Culminated with the Jingle Bell run in DT Ft Worth. I'm on to other work out activities now as running all the time doesn't work well for me. But, it was a nice jump start.
