I'm laughing my ass off trying to imagine all the times this phrase might apply:

Anyway, I've been watching this thread since it was started, and personally thought it was ridiculous. (No offense intended to the OP.) It seems to me that reasonably intelligent adults with at least a spoonful of experience dealing with people would know that any even slightly negative feedback about a provider should be handled PRIVATELY, immediately, and with a large helping of tact. Why is that difficult? You're dealing with a woman and telling her that something very personal about her is displeasing to you. Also, I would think it would go without saying that telling her PUBLICLY (through reviews, board postings, chat, smoke signal, whatever) is definitely not the way to do it. I can't believe any rational human would think that would be a good idea. Now, I'm not saying you should never write a bad review. By all means, if she was mean or rude or bait-and-switch or cash-n-dash or whatever, write a review and crucify her. But if she had an odor or didn't give a BJ the way you like or whatever, that is no reason to publicly humiliate a woman. Tell her what's up right then and there, or keep your mouth shut. None of this coming back later with an email telling her your issues. If it wasn't important enough to mention at the time, then it wasn't important.

If you present it the correct way, then yes, anyone can handle personal criticism.

I find more often than not when Im trying to give "body language" to someone who is doing the DATY and its all I can do to not slap 'em against the back of the head and tell them to stop, slow down, not so hard, not so fast, faster, more pressure, too much pressure, no yanking, etc etc, I end up having to yank their face away anyway because most dont get it when your trying to move them into something else because they are not reading the body language and then you end up having to tell them slow down, not so fast, faster, no no..right there, damn were just right there anyway. You have to understand, DATY is a difficult language to learn. Every girl speaks a different dialect and we get intoxicated the minute we get there.

I think that well phrased and well meaning feedback, given at the time of the appointment would be normally be accepted well. I have given feedback before in session and have never had an issue with it. I have been given feedback on some of my techniques and have taken that information and hopefully gotten better for it. Especially when venturing to the edges of the hobby, feedback is a very important thing.

I think that the longer between session and feedback, the harder it is to take. If feedback is warrented, then it should be given at the time where it will be the most accepted.

Just my opinion.
