Questions about a provider who doesn't screen

Aidan, I said fairly certain. I recognize there are exceptions to every rule, which is why I used the modifier. 99% of the time when you hear about a cash 'n dash or a sting, the "provider" had no reviews.

Does a provider's instinct kick in from seeing just an email from some random guy saying he wants to see her? Maybe some guys write really creepy emails but that seems like a very minimal amount of information and which would be almost impossible to get a sense from one way or the other, doesn't it? I wonder what guy is really likely to write a really creepy email. (see sig.)

Not talking about you Vicky, she was a mod on the other site, in a different city, but still lived and worked in Austin.
