Question for Sin City providers and hobbyist

I am heading next week to your fabulous town and have couple extended dates scheduled.

Now, if it was in New York city, i would not be at loss but in Vegas I am a guest.

So what would you do if you had 48 hours to do Vegas?

Not so much provider/client related.....or maybe they could be;

3 sightseeing trips:

Hoover Dam - (Take the Behind the Scenes tour)
Valley of Fire State Park
Red Rock Canyon Nat Conservation Area

All within a 30 minute drive of the strip. Certainly a different experience from NYC!
