But, on a more serious note, accusing someone of being le or working with le is a serious charge. You worded it a little different but meant the same. So, please forward me any proof you have of this charge. Gut feelings do not fly to hurt anyones reputation on the board. If there is no proof, only a gut feeling, then be quiet about it. We have to deal with claims all the time that are unfounded.

If some is working for le because they do not contribute positive to the board, then this is a great site for the next le convention, cause there are a hell of a lot of 'em here already.

2) I still believe it and I do not have proof, he seems to believe that posting reviews can be used against you in a court of law... or has made banter about it.... so... to use your words... "Gut feelings do not fly here" if he has proof a review was used against a hobbyist in a prostitution case, then post the links to the story, what state etc... otherwise he is "scare mongering" and we do not need that here either.

If some state passed a law that says they can use an escort forum board review against a guy for seeing a hobbyist then they would have to link John Q Public to the board handle of " Mr. E. Normus" on the board... as well as prove the review he posted was legit, meaning they would have to get with the lady to have her swear out an affidavit as to "yes I did see him"

Am I making you laugh now? because I doub't L.E. would be able to go through all that just to prove a small crime.. especially if you hire a lawyer who proves to the court just how much digging they had to do to make the case and then just state "Yet Backpage has all those asian spa's we see getting raided, re-raided etc.. and there are more all the time.. you the places.. the ones that get accused of being places for human trafficking"

IN other words you point out that they chose to spend a lot of tax money for a small arrest.. yet ignore places that are potential places of human trafficking. You think a Jury will LIKE cops wasting their tax money on an action both parties were consenting on?

So LL.. please prove your words with fact on here.. how can we make this hobby safer? You seem to have a plan..

I wonder what percentage of the people who read this board just assume LL is smart or has a clue what he's talking about just because he uses a bunch of words they've never heard before and quotes a bunch of obscure court cases and legal jargon.

You see, people like LL are the most dangerous kind because they can actually fool alot of unsuspecting people into thinking that they know what's going on. Then instead of just one paranoid idiot, you've got 10,000 brainwashed fools running around swearing the feds, and nasa, and the cia are reading our emails, tapping our phones, and following us around trying to lock us up in hidden concentration camps for trying to get laid.
