DJ .. you are off topic.

Texts, email phone calls etc.
Not entirely. Reviews can be used to establish intent, especially if the escort directly links the review on her showcase. This can be used to negate a defense claim that the meeting was never inherently sexual. In this case, it is used to establish probability for the jury. Motive. If you have a good attorney, it can potentially be quashed. That said, while they are not prosecuting for past action, they only need to convince a jury that what would have precipitated is evident based on evidence.

From a standpoint of legal protection, there has to be a focus on the law beyond what is in the statute, and more on methods used in court to pursue prosecution on the statute. While the review is protected speech, the details of reviews include information on money and acts. It is very, very useful to LE. Furthermore, it also gives LE an inside look into how the escort behaves, expectations, etc.

All I am saying is that if LE finds the info useful, it's worth evaluating methods of making it less useful. prosecution is no joke. Lives can be ruined, mothers separated from children, professional reputations destroyed. People forget that these women have lives outside the biz, and the law can cause untold damage. I think conversations about risks like this are important. It's new ideas that precipitate changes that empower workers to avoid prosecution of unjust laws

Shaitan, you are off topic, again, even though you are 100% correct.

Well, the topic is this silly idea that recognition of an issue or risk necessitates a ready made solution, which is nonsense. Furthermore, that tack seems to downplay the importance of the discussed issue. It just doesn't make sense.

It does make more sense when one recognizes that the topic was created to antagonize rather than to inquire, whether the creating was intentional or born of a subconscious proclivity to annoy others. The factual basis for such an evaluation is the intentional distortion of the assumptions underlying the proposed topic and the misidentification of the source of the proposed topic.

That is the fundamental reason why the topic is unworthy of any meaningful response other than to point out the obvious, which I have done.

It's you're, not your. I thought most who had graduated 3 grade would have known that.

Hey, here is what 'prat' means. Is this a real discrete way of calling me an ass?

Say what you will about LL. He's annoying, his sense of logic is all effed up, he's a paranoid maniac. Eventhough we may disagree somewhat often at least I respect him for having the balls to fight his own battles and make his own arguments instead of running to the mods like a little bitch everytime somebody says something he doesn't like.

Unlike some other nutless little pussies around here...

Some idiots on this site aren't worth the time or effort to argue with. So some just let the mods do their jobs and handle fools instead of having threads go off topic with bullshit.

I hope this concept isn't over your head.
