Default Why no Black Men?

I was wondering, since this culture claims to be so progressive & enlightened, why do so many ladies refuse to see Black Men? I agree that the ladies have the right to see who they choose, but I have seen this more & more in ads & it seems to me that Black Men are stereotyped as a group for some reason & I wonder if this is reasonable.

Any thoughts?

I have also noticed this. It almost seems as if more black girls state "no black men" in their ads than do others. I've always been curious.

This is well-travelled territory around these parts. The collective wisdom has come up with a few theories:

The girl is "managed" by a black guy who wants to be the only black guy getting some

The girl is dating a black guy and won't see another one for the same reason as above

The girl could be racist

The girl might not be racist but finds working with a black man tough to deal with like some gals find working with older, younger, bad breathier or fatter guys of all races tough to deal with

Cap'n, I understand the "management" thing, but seems unreasonable to assume all black men fall into the other categories. A lady could make those assumptions about anyone they might see. There seems to be a contradiction here with some ladies that if a guy is black they will be trouble of some kind but that is true of any guy they might see.

This subject is brought up monthly on the board in different forums. The best answer is because the ladies choose who they wish to see, just as you do. We don't question your reasoning, so why question ours?

There's a HUGE thread in the national forum about this subject too if you want different answers.

I asked one escort why she didn't see black men, she said because they pound the hell out of her during sex, and are less likely to give oral and be concerned about her feelings. She is a big traveller type, with lots of reviews and experience.
Another escort I have seen alot was just plain old overtly rascist.
Yet another escort I have seen alot of has a black boyfriend of several years. Despite this, she feels black men are more likely to rob her.
All three of them were white.

I've been robbed twice in kc when I accepted black guys if they diddnt sound like a thug.... The two men were both black one had a military I.d and was in town for his job in the army. I started accepting no black men at all and my business was not effected... To each their own that's just how I feel I have to conduct my business

I don't believe it is fair to say all providers who don't see black guys have a pimp.. because that simply is not true

Ms. Elena, I respect your answer & agree that you can see who you want to see & should be free to make those decisions. In your case, I would believe you have thought this out & made a decision based on experience & reason.

I guess one reason I ask this question is, why advertise it to the public because it seems unsightly when an ad on Backpage says "no black men". Secondly, what happens if a gentleman ignores this in an ad, calls & makes an appointment & is black when he shows up? How can one be sure that a white guy isn't going to rob or otherwise harm a lady?

Seems to be many holes in this line of thinking. Some of the answers I've seen sound very questionable at the least.

Not trying to start a argument but you said providers who don't see black men aren't allowed to because of their pimp... That's what I was pointing out. There are plenty of well known providers on this site who don't see black men. Its just about what you are comfortable with, doesn't mean you have a pimp.
