You have to have premium access in order to read everyone else's ROS. You can read yours because you are the original poster.

Without PA, I don't think I can do private/ROS. However, I can read my own ROS in my own reviews I guess.

His latest review is probably to new to have been approved by a mod. The previous review was missing some info and probably did not get PA access.

Got to remember to fill in the blanks, pretty simple to get approval when you do that.
