Do providers consider GFE to be a fetish?

I usually stay away from backpage, I look but I'm not usually interested in getting ripped off. Anyway a couple months ago I decided to call an ad, it was for a $250 two hour special, she was in her twenties and the pics looked natural enough to maybe be real. I called her up and she seamed ok so we set a time and i was told to call back when I was close to her incall area. Before I left I sent her text asking if she was GFE, I waited a few and left, on my way there she called me and said that is a fetish, to which I replied, "what is?". She said GFE is a fetish and it will be an extra fifty, so I agreed and said I was on my way, we hung up and I just turned around and went home. I never GFE to be considered a fetish before, I suppose it can be taken to certain extremes that could make it fetish like, but i wouldn't consider some kissing and a little intimacy to be a fetish. What do you ladies think about this?

I know a lot of Ladies consider it a fetish/roleplay which costs extra because it isn't wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am because they have to act like they like you.
I only ask for a higher donation when a date involves me packing extra outfits, extra toys, do special gothic makeup, memorize a script, me taking 30 minutes just to hook/button/lace/cinch... an outfit because that will make me take 2 1/2 hours just to get ready for one date. That is another reason why I mainly only do low volume and multihours. When it takes me hours to get fully ready plus the $15-$20 cost of my fishnets each date plus makeup&hair (I spend $200+ a month on (Mac, Sephora,& Urban Decay) makeup, $200+ a month on my hair cut and deep condition, $50 a month on my leave in product, $20 a month on waxing, $60 a month on mani/pedi, $100 a month on hygienic products...) I have to really enjoy someone, really want to meet them, or have them be a close regular for me to see them for 30 minutes to an hour. If you break it down it costs me about $40 (in fishnets, makeup, hair, and shower) to get ready for 1 date plus I have the overhead of the room and gas. That isn't even counting how I buy a new pair of heels, 2-3 new black nighties, and fetish gear a month because hey it is just work expenses. That is why I say gifts and tips are not expected but they are VERY appreciated. Gents that gift and tip are the ones that make it possible for me to take the time to see 30min and Hour Gents. You may not realize it but a little tip/giftcard and/or buying something on a Ladies wish list really does make a huge difference.
Some Ladies stay in crappy hotels just so they have a lower overhead due to other costs. Some Ladies become high volume to make up for other costs. Some Ladies nickle and dime or up-sell you because they have high overheads.
Not preaching or anything of the sort, every business requires money to get put into it in order to have money come out of it. The old saying "You have to spend money to make money" holds true especially in the hobby.

Not only do they have to act like they like you but they have to actually put some effort into it which many providers, mostly BP, don't want to do. Many prefer the wham bam because it gets them out the door faster. All the GFE's I've had were from verified providers here on ECCIE and I never even asked for it. It was just the direction the session went in. I don't consider GFE a fetish but it doesn't really matter what I think, that's for the provider to determine. I think it comes down to the personality of the provider. If she likes GFE and doesn't charge extra for it then she probably doesn't consider it a fetish. If she charges extra for it then she likely considers it a fetish.

It doesn't seam to be an issue with the verified providers, and the girl in the ad might have been the time of my life, but the fact that it was Bp and there was an upsell before I even got there made me not even want to deal with it.
