This was hot topic today at work. We spent the day debating on whether or not this is still considered a head shot.

A few of us said it was: the bullet did make contact with the head. Plus had it just "grazed" his head he could have took his ass home. It had to be serious for the dumb ass to go to the ER.

Others said that the bullet had to fully enter the skull to be a head shot.
