I have some friends in the restaurant business who say that El Pasoans making reservations and then not showing up is why almost no restaurant here accepts reservations. I guess its an El Paso thing.

This is a chickenshit thread that's maligning the reputations of legit (Eccie) West Texas hobbyists for no good reason.

If you're going to get on an Eccie forum and start bitching and moaning about how hobbyists are rude and disrespectful, and how hobbyists are NSNC'ing, the obvious assumption is that you're talking about ECCIE hobbyists.

If you're not talking about Eccie hobbyists, you damn well better say so, because Eccie providers from outside West Texas may take your comments as advice not to visit West Texas.

And if you *are* talking about Eccie hobbyists, then call the fuckers out and stop maligning the rest of us.

Yes this can be a touchy subject and I for one want west texas to have a very good reputation. I have done my best to give west texas a very good reputaition but in order for us to do that we all need to stick together and please dont do a NCNS life happens things and emergencys come up last minute so if you have to cancel or rescedual an appointment be sure to do it in enough advance time that it doesnt mess up the providers schedual. I know its frustrating if a provider has to turn down clients because her schedual is booked during the time the client sees her and then the client she has booked NCNS. Luckyly here in the midland/odessa area thats not a problem but I do hear things from other towns. Providers can make a lot of money here in west texas better then in dallas and thats because they can tour a few days in each of our touring towns midland/odessa, abilene, san angelo, lubbock, amirrillo, and elpaso. If we want our touring ladies to keep comming back lets all do our part and treat them right.

I just visited west texas and had a great time.. the gentlemen i met were very nice.. and while i did have 1 NCNS (from eccie) on the first stop of my trip.. the rest of the lovelies i met more than made up for him not respecting my time.. <3 LOVE west texas!

Just as an FYI: When I started this thread it was not about bashing Eccie hobbyist but hobbyist in general. None of the ladies I have seen have singled out eccie or any other group for that matter. It was just an observation I made from comments made by these ladies about the hobby in general. I myself want West Texas to have a great reputation because I want these ladies to come back.

While this is obviously an exaggeration, I do feel your pain Luna. but the NCNS goes both ways with the lady's doing it. It has happened to me a couple of times in Lubbock and once in Amarillo.

The gentleman's time is every bit as valuable as the lady's. Common courtesy both ways should basically be expected.

But what REALLY makes my dick limp is for ladies or gentlemen either to come on here claiming NCNS and not naming names when they are ECCIE ladies or gents.. It's so easy to just spout off that it happened but another thing to back up what it was.

But, you shouldn't name names if you get a reasonable explanation from the lady shortly after. That is a different kind of rudeness IMHO.

2 of my 3 were ECCIE ladies but both had situations and both have made it up to me.

Mine was Cactusjuice5 in el paso... NCNS although we had confirmed on several different occasions/days in advance.. even the day prior.. then on the day of the appt... NCNS! and he has yet to call and/or send an apology pm/reason for wasting my time when i couldve booked someone else in his place... i am not high volume and only see 2 gents per day so that was VERY rude and very inconsiderate of him to do that... i understand things happen and would have been a lady about his cancellation no matter the inconvenience to myself... it wouldve given one of the other gents who inquired a chance to visit me in his place had i known he needed to cancel.

In my entire hobby life of last 5+ years, I had ncns'd only once on my part, and I should not say "ncns", as I did call and cancel at the last moment due to a problem in real life...
