There are discussions that it can only be contracted from providers working for specific agencies...but that is unproven at this time.

Victims are being granted immunity from persecution if they will come forward with evidence....however, with a 100% mortality rate, witnesses are proving hard to find...

I didn't want to say this in those threads, but I think I will be re-reading the book Propaganda By Edward L. Bernays this summer.

You know I have started watching the news less and have become a much happier person. Ignorance really is bliss.
