He can make money by claiming all 24 children as dependents in his IRS income tax return under "Child Credit". But then again, the government just might confiscate that and distribute it to the mothers. Just saying.

Some people just keep popping out kids they can't and won't care for. Even the thought of one more scares me, I like my $$ and freedom
