There are browser you can get in the app store that will allow flash.

The reviews for this app are mixed. Doesn't sound like it works well for a lot of people.

Default Flash for IOS
Skyfire is nominal. Ok for streaming video but chat moves to quickly. It basically works by downloading the flash content to a server, converting it to an IOS video format and streaming that back to you. Lag time is great thus chats usually fails.
