Exclamation Can someone please help me place my reviews under my profile

Hi my name is T!na Demour. I was wondering if you could direct me on how to have my reviews posted on my profile under reviews,i have had them go straight under my profile but recently three have not.i'll place the links to the ones that haven't..Please and thank you for helping me with this matter..

T!na,

I've read in this forum that the best way to address reviews not attached to your profile, or reviews attached by mistake is to simply use the RTM feature while viewing the review.

The RTM feature is that small yellow triangle with the red border and the red exclamation point. Click it once and it opens a page for you to report the thread.

Something short like "Dear Staff, this review appears to have not been attached to my ECCIE profile yet. When you have time, would someone please correct this oversight?

That should get it taken care of pretty fast.

The attaching of reviews is a manual process from what has been posted here and sometimes things get overlooked so bringing it to their attention via the RTM should resolve the matter.

BTW, the 1st and 3rd links do not work. You might want to run your search again and cut the entire URL and try to post them again.

I believe I fixed all of them. Actually 4 in all.

It appears a mod got your name slightly confused due to the "!" instead of an "i".

I think you did a cute thing with the name by the way!!

Actually, you are correct.

When a staff member assigns a review to a provider profile, it populates the Review tab.

When a provider creates a Showcase and makes it public, it then becomes the Showcase tab.

There is no population of the Showcase fields because that is a limited number of entries and was great prior to the Review Tab but not so much now.

Given that ECCIE is the first review board in Texas to have all of a provider's ECCIE reviews attached to her profile, I'd think that unless she has reviews she wants linked from another review board, there might not be a need for the provider to bother having any reviews on her showcase.

In my own research, I've found that for some providers, they'll "cherry pick" their best reviews to put on the showcase but clients who actually do proper research will check many more than the ones on their Showcase.
