I suppose that most of us have just become somewhat jaded in what the porn industry throws our way, but, when I stop and think about it, it's literally incredible to me that the site DancingBear.com exists. It just boggles my mind to think that, about every two weeks, they can corral 20-50 women, few of them repeaters, in a room somewhere and get anywhere from eight to 10 of them to suck and fuck a group of male strippers. I've grown accustomed to the fact that there have always been enough attractive women willing to do porn to enable me to have a sex life between infrequent visits to escorts, but the sheer numbers of women willing to suck the cocks of four or five strange guys, get their faces plastered, and have a permanent, commercially available record of their activities is something that, to me is literally remarkable. (And, even if they didn't participate, the other women still have "porn video" on their resumes.)

Now, admittedly, some of them, especially the fuckees, are porn "stars," to the extent that they have appeared or will go on to appear in at least a few other productions. And, admittedly, there's no way that at least of few of the dicksuckers would ever appeal to enough consumers to make much of a career in mainstream porn. But there are plenty of reasonably attractive ones, and most will never be seen or heard from again. I've often wondered the same thing. I sse those sites and I ask myself what do these ladies do for a living? As convoluted and with the throngs of people doing porn, the pay scale has really diminished.
Some hard-core models get only $750-$1000 for an afternoon's work so I cannot imagine that it pays very much to be in a group video where you are just a bystander or a filler in a crowd scene.

One of the easiests ways to make money, is to start a porno website. DB, is simply copying what the english/japs/brazilians have been doing for years. The plus side is they speak english. The think the wanderer has a point about the legality of it. But also, I think that especially in certain areas of CA, NV, and FL there are just alot of porn businesses and that attracts the talent. I know I read somewhere that an exodus of porn companies from San Fernando Valley CA to friendlier Nevada. Due to laws, taxes, and I think cost of living. Alot of the ladies travel across the US. There are websites like modelmayhem, where you can check out which performers will be in your city at a certain time. You can check and see if that performer is willing to do the content you are interested in shooting, and attempt to hire them.
