I've hobbyied in a couple few places all over, so I'll grade as a whole.



Independent Providers
Independents fucking rule. It's a good thing they came along (or I discovered them...either/or). This is THEEE best way to hobby, period.

Agency Providers
Used them back in the day, befoe learning about the above. This started out OK, at least when I used it on the East Coast, but eventually ran into upsellers and B&S. You call with a description, they send you the polar opposite. Paying two people (walk through the door fee + upselling) to play with one? Fuck that!

Back Page Girls
Greater degree of difficulty than independents. Pimps, upselling, fake pics, punk ass cops, cbj'ers make up the land mines in this area. Takes tons of luck and patience here. Have hit occasional homeruns, but many times thrown out halfway to first.

Street Walkers
Used to do this with a buddy waaaay back in the 'young knucklehead' days. Glad I outgrew this stage. These girls are not all prettty like they look on TV. Some real WITCHES...I mean scary looking. Whew [shutter]. It's suicide to mess around with this.

Massage Parlors
Best for when you get that twitch in the groin while doing nothing or not having anywhere to be, yet don't want to be bothered with the process of seeng a BP or indy. ATM's always seem to magically be only a couple blocks away, which acts as an enabler...he he.

Jack Shacks
Went to one or two. Sucked more than it not sucked. Low percentage of enjoyment. Pure MSM (money shredder machine).

Strippers
Too much time for too little results. Ditto. It's like taking 70 at bats to score once. Why pay for a hardon when I can just go watch porn. MSM.

Don't really make enough or want to commit enough to this endeavor. Also fear it would lead to feelings, and these situations rarely end well.

I guess I am in the minority with the strippers. I go to the strip clubs to see the girls take their clothes off Pretty simple. I do not go in looking for extras. When I decide to go to a club it is to relax, have a couple of beers and socialize. Beautiful girl sitting in my lap, rubbing tits on my face is a bonus.

Maybe because I started in the northeast where the clubs don't even come close that the Austin level is good enough for me. When I lived up there I had to travel to Dallas and Houston, and got taken out to some of the clubs and got really surprised. But really was turned off by all the hustle the girls did. I would like to sit and relax. I will pay for a girl's time, and have tipped some them fairly well because I know I cut into their dance money by sitting & talking.

But even then sometimes OTC falls in your lap (not a pun). Several years back had a great time with a young lady, heard her story about getting dumped in Austin by ex-boyfriend. Towards the end of the night she asked me if I had a car,and would I drive her to her motel so she could save on cab money. Being more naive at that point I said sure, and drove her to the mote expecting to drop her offl. She pointed out a place to park, got out, then looked at me, "It is safe. I live her by myself... Are you going to come in?"

Looking back now I realize what I find she was.

Now, over the years I've banged or gotten action maybe half a dozen strippers. One or two in the club. The rest out. Again, it's the batting average that makes it not worth it for me, especially knowing that independent providers are just a call away. Going to a strip club to relax, yes. I can do that. Go in, get a couple drinks, get a couple dances, spending only 60 bucks (or under) and completely void of any expectations. These are OK...a couple times a year. Beyond that, it's just shredding money.

That's how I see it, at least. To each his own. Some guys thrive in the strip club area.
