A Win for Privacy

The Supreme Court has just ruled that police has to obtain a search warrant before secretly installing a GPS tracking device in your car to monitor you.

I think this is an important win for our privacy rights. I'm sure the courts will soon have to address the legality of using other potential electronic means of tracking your driving, such as your smart phone, On-Star, etc.
