I really like the feel, melody, sound and beat of this song. I'm not that crazy about the lyrics though. I think this would be a good song to slow fuck to. Do any of y'all know of any similar sounding songs?

Not a similar song, but seeing the title reminded me of this one I can't get out of my head. While not a "GaGa" fan, the music goes great with the visuals, and the visuals, given they're over 80 years old are stunning.

I had to play with a screen capture in Pshop in case I can work it into a composition sometime.

Aw yes, another old favorite of mine. I always think about the time when my son was around 4, staying up to watch Dr. Who with me was a real treat for him.

reminds me of an amp LEGEND at smile i used to see a lot. she had this cd that was always playing...i was in the middle of a great bbbj once when King of the Road (Roger Miller) started playing. i was in the throes of ecstasy when all of a sudden i hear:

I eventually took her some cd's i made for her, some Ottmar Liebart, Waldemar Bastos, some Astrud Gilberto, Carlos Jobim etc (i was in a heavy Brazilian music phase at the time). i told her never to play her old cd again.

But every time i hear King of the Road i get a chuckle. and a woody.
