Their PM box is full

So what do I do if I get a private message then I respond and it says the persons PM box is full and they can't receive any messages until they make room. I don't want the person to think I'm not responding to their inquiry. Any help with this mods?

Try emailing them? Pull down their profile pull-down menu and click the "Send email to [name]" option. It should let you fill out a form which will send your message to whatever email address they have on file.

Thank you Vyt, I haven't used that feature before. It seemed to send when I hit submit.
