Default 503 Service Unavailable?

I am getting an error message like this when clicking on some threads or posting is some areas. This is not occurring regularly or everywhere, but it seems to have been happening within the last two days. I would copy and paste the links to the thread areas, but i can't even do that, because i get re-routed to that error message.

Just thought I would give a heads up if it is something that needs to be fixed on the board, or ask about it if it is something I need to fix on my end.

Thanks!

Thank you sir. That's likely been coming up because we've been doing some programming work to the site. Sorry for any inconvenience. Should be resolved when we stop tampering with things.

Thanks for the update. It was getting pretty bad this afternoon, so i took my computer through the paces on this end and upgraded to Mozilla Firefox 3.6 (With Persona no less!!!) and that seemed to fix everything.

I'm glad it worked for you...I've been running 3.6 for about a month now. However I still continue to get that 503 error on the computer I'm now using, Win 7 + Firefox. My other laptop with antique IE 6 and XP Pro doesn't seem fazed by this "programming". I hope it's finished soon as it is just a lot frustrating!

Post script: Did some more investigating and as ANONONE said he downloaded a fresh FF3.6, I went back and cleared everything out in my 3.6 and now it seems to be back to normal!
