Default cancellation compensation

I woke up with a sore throat and had to cancel a noon appointment. What do the ladies think a fair compensation (extra tip) on our next meeting for a late cancellation?

Compensation? I think a couple hour notice for something legit like a contagious sore throat is very classy and professional... so why would u need to compensate? I would never ask to be compensated. My idea of a late cancellation is within 30 minutes of being there.. or a ncns. Your avatar makes me sad.. poor wet kitty.. lol

I would think that either party would probably appreciate being spared the possibility of catching a sore throat from the other.

Of course, if a companion as Luscious as LusciousLacy were under the weather, I would want to hurry right over with some chicken soup, tea and honey ... and something for her poor wet kitty ...

Well... i DID leave KC with a bruised throat.... and plan to come back so it can get bruised again... may need to take u up on that soup and tea... hold the honey unless u like girls who are swollen and dead from Anaphylactic shock since i am deathly allergic... unless youre talking man honey...

Speaking of.... looks like im coming back with new special requested menu items....

Back on topic- I still see no reason to compensate.. although its a very nice gesture!!

I agree with Lacy. If there is advance notice of a cancellation, you don't need to worry about it.
Hope you feel better soon!

I agree with the ladies here. A sore throat that is possibly contagious, could cause a provider numerous appointments, instead of the one. You did the right thing.

If you feel like you should compensate her, I am sure she wouldn't refuse and it is definitely a very sweet gesture.

xoxo Kourt

Default Compensation

Your Car and 4 hours of shopping on your CC.

Inexcusable and you must pay! It has to hurt or you will do it again. Spare the rod and spoil the hobbiest I say.

Very nice of you Lacy...but not every one thinks like you. I once gave a provider a 10hr notice for a genuine reason and I don't think she digested that cancellation notice.

You keep this up and you're going to need a 'take a number' apparatus and an explanation for the line through the lobby, down the street and out to the airport. I suggest you say it's the line to Michelle Bachman and Sarah Palin doing a tag team.

Lacy,

Please excuse catnipdipper. He is confused and what he means is
his limo and 6 hours on his CC. If I were you I would take him up
on it as it is well known that he is class with a capital K..

If you are cancelling with at least a few hours notice, I wouldn't expect any compensation. Sometimes life is what happens while you are making plans. Things come up. Whether its a sore throat, or getting called into work, sometimes you just can't control when your schedule changes. I would simply say thanks for the heads up, and thank you for caring enough not to share a bug with me, and let me know when you are feeling better.
