Physical Description: Pawn is slim, and, although perhaps young appearing to some Westerners, is older than most providers around. Thin, hard body. Decent but not particularly beautiful face. Nice skin. Fairly shapely body. Good smile. Extremely small tits.
Notes: The wikitravel site for Phenom Penh is worth visiting for suggested places. Now that I tried other options, I really think you should try those first. The beer bars have too few customers for the number of girls. So, you will have a good available selection ready to on price. I looked up girl friendly places on WSG and read their suggestions to tell taxi drivers. It's not hard to find and unnecessary in my opinion to have a list. In the end and despite official stance on prostitution in Vietnam, nearly every place in this area is accustom to the business and don't bat an eye when one arrives with a girl.

I had many places written down from various sites, but the tuktuk driver convinced me this was one of the best options for a good price. Perhaps this is true. I was ready to settle down and get to work, rather than traveling around and haggling to save $2. That is pound foolish and penny wise. I also thought that one not on recommendation lists would allow me to avoid interacting with people I know, who booked the same night. As it turns out, most places were full and my friends from a tour awkwardly ended up there in the same hotel, one after one.
Recommendation: Yes
