I have experienced this a few times with my neighbor and her daughter. The daughter has no problem with it staying in place, but the mother is not tight enough to keep it in when moving in for cowgirl or even on all fours. No, no, no...daughter called me on Sunday evening after she found out that I was her mother's "visitor" on Friday night! BUT, I only tried it in mish. The weight of a man on top pushes it so that you can't feel any vibrating action. maybe with some practice it could work. I don't have the patience
