President Bush was guilty of this ridiculous plan, too. Let's jeopardize our national security to bring gasoline prices temporarily down, so the voters will think we are doing something constructive. Total BS.
1. We have plenty of untapped oil in the US. Let's drill it.
2. Oil is really a 19th century technology. We should be much farther along in advancing new sources of energy. But the oil companies, and their enormous lobbying budget, have kept us beholden to outdated and unnecessary technology. However, it is nice to see government and business working together.

GTO? Camaro? Vette? I'm genuinely afraid that Dipper and I might have a point of agreement!
My 6.0 is with an automatic overdrive, but I also possess a 390 Ford, a 318 Mopar, and a 354 Mopar early Hemi....

French car. Japanese V6. Faster than any car mentioned on this thread.
Sure, it's a race car. But that's a production based engine, and in production trim is as clean and efficient as they come. There is a better way than boring old V8 RWD heavy pseudo muscle cars. Come to the future! We have boost!
