I am not the person that makes those decisions, but I have heard that forums are created due to traffic. Why a title cannot be changed, IDK. I think this site provides valuable info for me in my decisons on hobbying, I do not put much consideration into why things are titled the way they are. I have heard many members comment on their desire for an improved site by adding BR forum. It has been discussed with the owners on more than one occasion.
I do know this, the computer gurus are constantly improving this site. We recently had ladies reviews added to their handles, we added the "like" button on posts, etc. etc. So the owners do listen and do consider your requests.
