I think they spliced 2 separate videos together. The 2nd half is an old clip, and from what I can remember, it was said he injected saline or something into his balls which made him shoot like that, and hence the size of them. I think there's some genetic disorder that I read about that can explain the size of the guy's meat and potatoes in the 1st half of the video.

your body produces 200,000 sperm per minute... what doesnt get discharged during
sex, masturbation, or wet dreams, is reabsorbed into the body and recycled.
the Fluid that sperm are carried in is actually manufactured primarily by the prostate.
yes if you go for a while without ejaculating when you do you produce more but
thats either make up, prosthetics, or a disorder
