So I started a thread like this in main, and i hope I'm not breaking any rules by wanting to start one here.


What do you LOVE about your hobby/job?

I am a total "new experience" fanatic. I have reached most of my own limits, but dammit if I don't love easing the way for someone else to hit theirs.

I think hobbies are important to help ease the stress of everyday life. Personally, I am the founder of a local paranormal society and everytime we go on an investigation, I can't concentrate on anything for days. It is a rush like no other. Without hobbies, there is nothing to be happy and excited about and that leads to a negative feeling about life in general.

For me I am a living historian/reenactor. I love to be able to go out and spend the weekend going back to the Civil War era and seeing what our men and women went trough. We wear the same clothes they did, eat the same food and march the same way.

It is a great way to relive stress. Plus it is an adrenal rush, charging the enemy, or hearing the command Fix Bayonets (does not happen often enough do to safety concerns)

My other hobby is meeting all you wonderful ladies, that is a rush in and of itself. Anybody care to follow me to a Civil War reenactment and be a camp follower.

Sanity - spending time with you ladies keeps me sane or is that drives me insane either way it keeps me smiling. And I would have to agree about the new experiences... some of the ladies have pushed me beyond my limits. I am hopeing my scheduled time for Monday pushes that envelope even further.

I was ok with the velvet ropes and being tied up. I was ok with the velvet blindfold. I was ok with the soft strokes of the feather and the hint of an uncovered breast dipped on my lips.

I hit my outer limits when she turned on the vacuum cleaner and used the hose on me and claimed she got me off.

I love good strong dark roast coffee. Black.
