Be careful out there
OK, this has happened to another friend. A civilian friend that is shall we say sexually active. The first time it happened to a provider friend and I did some research. Both involved trips to the ER with the same diagnosis my friend just called me and I felt bad for not discussing this with her (she certainly fits the model as you will see). Both were diagnosed with a severally bruised cervix. The cause in both cases was Viagra abuse. I was shocked to find out how common this is, in some cases the trans colon is torn which can and has lead to death. Some abusers take as much as 1,000 mg of the little blue wonder. Imagine a 2.5 lb blood filled bomb in your kitty. I really isn't the size of the penis, it is the size of the man. As we age (both ladies are in their late 40s) we become less flexible so if some 300 pound asshat is pounding you in MISH, well at 20 your kitty might be flexible enough to spring back on each trust. At 40 no way, so the bomb is that much closer to your cervix. Be careful with big guys (how the f**K do you think an fat, high BP guy is going to get it up, blue wonders) NO MISH if you fit this profile. OK rant is over.
