I have lost a little weight lately, and while I may not have "grown" at least now I can see it, and don't have to work so much from feel!

Yep Timothe, I agree doing mish for the first time in a long time was great after losing all the weight. Was weird to feel pubic bone hitting and being able to lay flat on a woman without crushing her and hearing the sound of a whoopie cushion from my old belly pushing air out from between us..lol

Yes it does work for the ladies, I started running awhile back. Up to 4 1/2 to 5 miles a day. I have a lot more energy, toning, and horny as hell! I used to hear people say exercising give them energy, I thought BS. Boy was I wrong.. It gives way more..

Sami you can expend your energy on me anytime lol. On a serious note, losing weight in a healthy way is never a bad thing. I myself do a version of insanity and I definitely have seen the benefits. In addition, less fast food and more raw type stuff. My libido and stamina have both increased.
