Let me play devil's advocate and say for the sake of argument that President Obama did not have authority to order the US armed forces to participate in enforcing the UN no-fly zone in Libya. Okay. Now what?
The House Republicans MUST try to impeach him. They HAVE to do it. They don't even have a choice. Will they?
I doubt it. After all, they're a bunch of hypocrites.
But let's pretend that they do. I'm playing devil's advocate after all...
It'll dead end in the Senate. The House will just be all bluster and no results.
