I wasn't sure about the time & distance from NPR to Tampa, but looking at the map you could save a little time by driving south on US 19 to Palace Spa. It's full service, but almost guaranteed no BBBJ only CBJ. They occasionally will get a hottie in there, but most of the gals are mid to late thirties or close to 40 or above, but decently attractive and pretty good at what they do. The point is the women are usually there for a month and then rotate out, so it's kind of the luck of the draw for your experience that day. Trying to be honest since I don't want you to get pissed off at me for making a suggestion that could potentially turn our poorly. YMMV. I feel safe saying they have many repeat customers that enjoy themselves.
I saw RoccoJ mentioned mentioned St. Pete which is a much longer drive. Vinca Spa in St. Pete is currently one of the only local places that consistently offers a BBBJ. They can be very good with "relatively" young Chinese providers, but they are notoriously busy and known to short customers on time when they're jumping. Always an upsell too. Pine Tree Spa in Largo is much like Palace.
I'd recommend calling ahead to make an appointment at either Palace or Pine Tree. Palace may ask if you've been there before, but say no if that's the case. They have a number system they use to help them recognize regulars. It's not a big deal. Good luck, have fun, and let us know if there's a new babe we need to see while she's here.
