I'm sure there's a pre-nup that makes it worth her staying. Otherwise she'd already be gone. She probably has to keep the title until he dies to get her share...

I'm guessing that she is in for a long term compensation arrangement vs. any type of hanky panky. I've never seen any couples who demonstrate less affinity for each other. She give him false smiles, and that look of contempt, and then shoves his hand away when he is really pissing her off. It's likely an even more polite way she replies than in private. I'd imagine she starts ranting at him in polish or whatever her language her Einstein visa' says she's able to speak. It likley would translate to the same thing:

"If it wasn't for the million dollars you pay me monthly- I wouldn't even gaze at you with contempt you fucking ugly buffoon- let alone smile or talk to you. I hope you are taken to your maker every night".

Or something waxed poetic like that.
