The truth is that they are only doing what their mandate tells them to. It’s completely normal and legal.

If congress or the courts decide otherwise they have that authority.

The system is working as intended. What Trump and his lawyers, like Giuliani, have done is against the law. If Trump loses the election I expect the Jan 6th trial to commence. If Trump wins he’ll scuttle the case and or pardon himself.

None of this is because the democrats are dictators.
