Does everyone in class know what a provisional ballot works, and why this is the exact kind of situation that calls for their use? That the provisional ballots are not counted until it is confirmed that the voter's vote was not cast, and that the voter is actually eligible to vote, yea? Only then is their provisional ballot counted! Right?
