AbqO I am truly sorry that you have had this happen to you repeatedly. I wouldn't think of diminishing your lived experience. It just hasn't been mine. I did have a session interrupted twice last week by the doorbell ringing. Both were deliveries and Anna had to get them as Tina was in the table shower. A guy showed up and rang the bell at the end of my session as well which kinda sucked because Anna still wanted to play but hey, I was already a few minutes over time.
You say that almost all reports lately talk about how busy CiCi's is. Actually out of the last 15 recent reviews only two mention it being busy. Going back to opening day more than 20 reviews ago there are a couple mentions of it being busy. So no. Most reviews don't say anything about it being busy

Tb, I'm glad that you support Cici and her shop, you hold that banner higher than anyone. Maybe to a fault. Sounds like you haven't had a negative experience there at all. That's awesome. I'm not just talking about reviews, but also replies to posts as well. Please don't take it as me bashing her or the business. I'm trying to provide balanced information based on my experiences so that others can make an informeddecision. Positive and negative need to be included. I will still keep going there unless it gets a lot worse. But honestly, the frequency of my visits has decreased based on my perceived negatives.

AbqO, I actually described a negative experience I had there last week as well as acknowledged your experience and sent regrets that you have had a series of less than perfect sessions in the above comment. I've also mentioned more than once that CiCi is not great at scheduling. I'm also just providing information based on my experience. I've had my issues with scheduling as well. My point is that Cici just doesn't seem to be anywhere near as busy as it has seemed when you have visited. I mean no disrespect to you at all.

AbqO, being very careful to not say anything that could lead to identity, I shared your and others concerns with CC. I said that many people have commented and said these things. Too busy. Customers running into each other, etc. She said starting today she will change things to make it better. She's going to reopen location 1 soon. She said she will create space between appointments so nobody arrives together.
Also want to let you know that the Japanese girl should be just what you're looking for. Slow Japanese service. Tina was amazing and hopefully will return. Her replacement is Wonderful.

Thank you Tb. I know you are close to Cici and have her ear. She really is an incredible person and I am thankful to have her. I believe she will get it all sorted.

I'll definitely have to check out the new lady if time allows. She looks interesting.
