Do Providers prefer you to take charge?

I sometimes feel at the end of the date I didn't get out of it what I had hoped for - this can include activities.

How do Providers prefer their guest to behave? Is it better things unwind organically? Do Providers like to be in charge? Do they like it when you physically or verbally move things to where you want them to go?

I have my favorites in other cities/states, where we already get along and I know things are going to be great and we just click. I'm asking more for a first time meeting with a new Provider.

Foook...It's your party, of course they want you to take charge.
I send a list of my "expectations" along with my screening info so there's no "misunderstandings".
I prorate my donation if all the activities aren't checked off.

But they don't want any explicit conversation, so (just as an example) if I include I would like DFK in my email correspondence, I'm sure a lot of providers would just ghost at that point.

I thoroughly check reviews, especially on here, to see what services have been offered to others. My question really, maybe more for providers, is how they want the guest to ensure they get the best time. Best to just ask/do?
