Well, after SomethingUnique's review I went yesterday to see for myself. While my experience differed from his, almost the whole session was teasing for me with Vivi. She seemed to catch on that the massage was lower on my priority list and spent at least 20 solid minutes from the waist down before the flip.

For the record, I also got the parade and introductions from all the girls. I thought it was strange that Vivi's hand was between my legs continuing like normal as one of them just strolled in with the normal, "hi baby, I'm <don't remember, I had other things to think about>, see you next time."

There was no discussion of donation. I think Alice and Nancy told her to make me happy. I walked in a post surgery cripple with a frustrating itch ( hip surgery does not lend itself to acrobatic or even normal physical intimacy ), I left without pain and quite happy. I got the value I needed. I would have paid more to a chiropractor for that amount of time and not felt as good or happy. I gave what I thought was fair for 90 minutes and 60 of those focusing on my manly parts.
