It’s a pipe dream but it sure would be nice to have a 3rd party or a solid, unifying 3rd choice. I’m tired of this garbage.

Major difference being: Republicans have no real, legal reason to remove Biden from the ballot, whereas Democrats do. Again.
Republicans have no original ideas of their own (so, all these unimaginative fucks have is tit-for-tat). They also have no evidence. Just a bunch of crybaby bullshit.
Oh, by the way, there are legal challenges to trump's potential candidacy happening right now in 16 other states. This is only the tip of the iceberg for lil' donnie diaperload.

Wrong. If the ruling is upheld, and trump is found to be ineligible to hold office, writing him in won't work. He will be ineligible to hold office. Write him in, if you must, but you're voting for someone who has been disqualified 😅

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/...-death-threats
Threatening public officials to alter the political discourse of the country is by definition, Terrorism. The people who makes these death threats need to hunted with the same dedication as any other terror group and be brought to justice in a court of law. These acts have become way to common.

Marjorie Taylor Greene says Biden's border policy amounts to "insurrection," and thus he should be removed from the 2024 presidential ballot.
This is, what, the fourth or fifth time the Republicans accused the Dems of doing something illegal, while it is also incredibly obvious that the Republicans had already done said illegal thing in actuality?
Biden washes hands after urinating? Insurrection!
Biden eats ice cream? Insurrection!
Biden exists? Insurrection!
Trump incites angry mob to violence? Peaceful protest.

Don’t really disagree much here. But again, my concern is that somehow, some way, the new Teflon Don’s cult buys into his version of the truth. I personally feel there is some political bullshit Trump deals with but Jan 6th is inexcusable. He should be in jail, not being taken off ballets. But he’s Teflon Don.

I have no reason to doubt the poll info you repeatedly repeat sort of Parrot like.
The million dollar question is why?
His new pet name for Nicki Hailey is “Bird Brain”. You proud of him Salty? He’s proud of himself. He was almost giddy with his new pet name.

If you're really from Australia, it would make sense that you don't understand how federal elections work in America.
You see, each state has a certain amount of "electoral votes" that go toward the total for the Presidential election. There are 538 total votes available and a candidate needs a clear majority of 270 votes to win the Presidency.
Colorado has 10 electoral votes. Here in Pennsylvania, we have 19. Florida has 30, Texas 40, California 54, etc. Whomever wins each state, gets that state's electoral votes.
What a disqualification means for trump in Colorado is, he has no access to that state's 10 electoral votes. He can't win them no matter how Coloradans want to vote for a wannabe fascist dictator who tried to overthrow the U.S. government.
All it takes is a few other states to follow suit, and well, trump will have no chance. No matter how many toothless rednecks in Alabama and West Virginia vote for him, he won't be able to get to 270.
Make sense now?

It's cute when they learn new, big words, isn't it?
She has no fucking clue what "insurrection" even means, but she sure loves saying it.
Like "impeachment" in 2019, and "collusion" in 2018, these morons never really use the words properly, but they have enough dumbfuck voters to keep parroting them for the cause. The words end up losing impact, and their original definitions become muddied.
It only works on dumb people, but they're in luck. Lots of those in their party.

... Made sense the whole time, mate.
I understand the system here... You're just wrong
about what Colorado can do.
IF Republicans caucas their primary - and just
declare Trump the Republican choice in the
general election- that's it...
Trump's name might not appear on the ballot, but you are
also aware that people could just write His name in, yes?
Same circumstance here - Trump can simply be the choice
of the Republican party.
... Like so:
-------------------------------------------------------
For President of the United States
(mark your choice)
Joe Biden - Democrat ____
................ - Republican ____
-----------------------------------------------------
Ballot won't have Trump's name on it, but Trump will
be the Republican's "declared choice" to receive ALL
the Republican votes in the state.
... See? ... Problem solved!

You still don't understand. If trump is disqualified, voters can write him in all they want. Those votes won't count. Their "declared choice" isn't eligible to run for POTUS in the state of Colorado. It would be like writing in Mickey Mouse or Frank Zappa. Not qualified.

Trump needs a lead filled snow shoe upside the head!
Great googleymoogley!
You simply cannot be on the ballot, same as not being 35 years old or foreign born.
You cannot be because your foreign born.
And trump for being a complete and total asshole in the first degree!
And a traitor and an insurrectionist!
And a POS!

They can vote for Trump all the want! They can also vote for Adolf Hitler, George Foreman, Xi Jinping, Betty White, or anyone who attempted to coupe the capitol on J6th
Even if they get the majority of the votes, they won't win, because they do not qualify for POTUS.
They don't qualify for the office of POTUS. End of story. They need to be a natural born American, live in the USA for at least 14 years, and are 35 years old. And with the 14th amendment, it disqualifies anyone who participated in attempting to overthrow the government. Of which Trump is the first person in a century to have done. Good job. Number 1 at failure.
So no, 'mate', Trump can't win. He can't win as much as your late Queen Elisabeth, or good old King George (not of the Washington variety), either. Wanting someone to win, even if you want it really really hard and say pretty please, isn't going to make it happen.
