Guaranteed his legal team begged him not to testify. They knew he would only incriminate himself further. Funniest part, none of his legal team will be getting paid.

He'd run off on some rant, and then be admonished by the court to only answer the questions asked, and he'd turn it into a shit show and likely be held in contempt. I think someone finally mentioned that he's a shitty witness on the stand and could really fuck himself if he took the stand.

Pussy or not, - it's smart move for him to shut the fuck up, and sit back and take whatever they deliver in his ass. He put himself in this situation and now it's time to pay the piper.

I love watching hypocrites twist in the wind on what they will or won't do....like a bully who gets called out, he's backing down like a slinky down the steps.
