A general rule I find in the hobby is if they are not concerned about being safe it's because they already are dealing with some health issues, and could care less who else after has to deal with the same issues. Where the ones, even if annoying, that are very cautious, is because they are clean and want to stay that way

Or maybe it's because they have something and don't want to give it to someone else? I've known plenty of ladies that don't have any Issues that have been quite reckless.. I've known a few ladies with herpes that make sure protection is always used.
