Seems like firing thousands of rounds back at the shooter MAY NOT have been the best course of action.
The question will be, who did more damage, the police, or, the shooter, as pictures show bullet holes everwhere.
So, 75 LE officers both Pittsburgh and County are under investigation, and suspended during that time.
Some residents are already asking the city to pay deductibles and bills, when, qualified immunity means the city is liable for nothing, and has no NEED to pay squat.
