Anxiety

Hello. Over the last couple of years I have SLOWED down alot. Seems lately every time I think of texting someone. I huge nervous ball of anxiety gets released and I back out and say, maybe next week. This was my way to decompress and the anxiety and fears keeping me from trying.

Any advise?

You can say both really. lol Type of person I am to be nervous. Always takes me forever to relax
