The rule I stick to and usually works out pretty well. Just like reviews on any other business there are over the top positive and negatives. When the GHIN system figures out your golf handicap they discard your best and worst rounds. The truth lies in the middle.

Regarding the one guy you referenced I wouldn't take into account anything he has to say as he seems more interested in promoting himself rather than the girls he sees. If he actually sees them at all. You also have to try and weed out the pimps/other providers putting down there competition or trying to advertise for themselves.
