I haven't found many locally who meet my criteria. I view providers the way I view restaurants: sometimes I want a juicy burger, sometimes I want steak, sometimes I want seafood. You can get good food at all price points, and there are shitty restaurants at all price points. Same with providers. But good food at Eleven Madison Park is an entirely different experience from good food at Brothers Taco House. Love 'em both, but not comparable. Same with providers.
