Got to get a referral to be a member, got be a member to see who is available to give referrals. Catch-22

NO, you can't see who's "available to give referrals" even when you are a member! ONE SPECIFIC PROVIDER HAS TO REFER YOU, unless you are a provider.


IF YOU ARE A PROVIDER, ONE SPECIFIC MEMBER CAN REFER YOU.


Either way, PacePro admins will contact you to verify the referral. It ain't OH2!
