Hey Guys!!

I will be back in Memphis in a couple of weeks. I know this is a debatable subject but I want to know where to get the best BBQ. I’ve already tried Corky’s (not a fan), Jim Neely’s (I enjoyed it the 1st time, not so much the 2nd), and Jerry Lawler’s (very very good & my fav so far)!

You will find many differing answers/opinions, often distinguished by what type of BBQ (ribs, pulled shoulder, etc.)

Rendezvous for ribs (downtown) is a Memphis institution, and for good reason.
Central BBQ (multiple locations) is outstanding
Little Pigs BBQ is also outstanding, both pulled pork and ribs

The Bar-B-Q Shop on Madison for wet ribs, b/c I love their sauce.
Central BBQ, downtown location only since the one on Central is closed right now.
Bain Barbecue in Cooper Young for the best brisket in Memphis
Memphis Barbecue Company in Southaven, MS is run by Melissa Cookston, who has won multiple MIM BBQ world championships and does a great job at her restaurant.
