Even though 9 visits in less than a month (prior to this review) is excessive and just not very realistic, I was still giving him the benefit of the doubt because it really should be innocent until proven guilty......but then I started to see his thread bumping, and that was the nail in the coffin for me.
And in case there was any doubt about him being a promoter, here are some of his random thread bumps, all of which were in 21 Spa threads (and straight out of the Promoter 101 Handbook) -
