thanks. I was looking at a similar thirsty pic on eros - no description, just a 'verified' pic with reverse image leading to models-world - and was sure it was also bait and switch, but feeling very thirsty. your post reassures me my first thought was right, these are likely all bait and switch.

I find a good way to tell if an ad is fake is if the ad says 'available' any time of day, even early morning: most real providers are not seeing clients at 7am without advance notice.
