I guess it is just psychological than anything else. People especially couples in the sex industry create certain exclusive areas of intimacy that is only available for their exclusive partners. once i met a real life polygamous/swinger couple. They pretty much allow each other to go have sex with any one except one strict rule to ensure they’re faithful to each other. Strictly No going down on other partners. Go figure!

Yep, I think that's where the BF is coming from...once another provider posted and ad with the herself and my friend kissing...advertising doubles...he was pissed. Apparently, no kissing means no kissing.
